B-HIVE continues to grow

While B-Hive is investing in real estate to support its growth, by launching the construction of its new headquarters for 2.4 million euros, in Mulhouse.

B-Hive now wishes to take its 650 employees and 9 agencies to a new stage in parallel with its organic growth, towards a new external growth, through the purchase of companies in markets that are both competitive and complementary. Outsourcing is becoming essential to improve performance and operational efficiency. In this environment, B-Hive has therefore been able to develop its competitive advantages, enabling it to achieve hypergrowth.

This external growth strategy has been supported by a new financial investor since April 2022, Kresk Développement operating as Lead Investor alongside the historical investors Isatis Capital and Bpifrance who wished to reinvest.

The Group has already acquired two companies, BTM consultants and Enerjia, and is in discussions to make further acquisitions by the end of 2022.

BTM consultants, acquired in March 2022, has 50 employees and 3 offices in Lyon, Marseille and Paris. It specialises in the construction, transport infrastructure, energy and industry sectors.

Enerjia, acquired in June 2022, has 70 employees and is based in Toulouse. It specialises in the energy, water and environment, industrial construction and transport sectors.

Altitem, acquired in July 2022, has 15 employees and is based in Toulouse. It is a design office specialising in the fields of automation and industrial IT.

B-Hive also intends to continue strengthening its territorial coverage in France and internationally, with the opening of an agency in Switzerland in September 2022 in Basel.
